Warranty
LIMITED WARRANTY FOR THE UNITED STATES
The Little House Entertainment LLC (the “Company”) warrants that its products will be free from manufacturing defects for up to 90 days from the date of purchase. The term “defects” shall mean any imperfections that impair the use of the product. This warranty only applies to products purchased from authorized sellers. The Company reserves the right to deny warranty claims on products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, improper storage, failure to follow maintenance instructions, alteration, acts of nature, accident, or negligence. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable (except where prohibited by law).
Customers who want to make a warranty claim based on manufacturer's defect should email ringaardgame@gmail.com with the subject line: WARRANTY.
Customer must attach a photo of the defective product/part, along with a photo of proof of purchase receipt. The Company reserves the right to require that customer send the product/part to the Company for inspection. Customer is responsible for all costs in shipping the product/part.
The Company will repair or replace any defective product/part covered by this limited warranty.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS, INCUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
If Customer is in a jurisdiction that does not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, the above limitation may not apply.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL COMPANY BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES BASED UPON BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR STRICT LIABILITY.
If Customer is in a jurisdiction that does not allow limitations on damages, the above limitation may not apply.
This limited warranty provides specific legal rights. In addition, Customer may have other rights based on jurisdiction.
